Guidelines updated at 2024-05-29

Important!
The rules are standards to follow on trying to have a server that is minimally good for the majority of players, if you think the server has too much rules the server is not ideal for you. Having the rules are also not an indication that players will be kicked or banned if they don't strictly follow the rules, it will depend on multiple circumstances for the kick or ban that maybe are not even described on these guidelines.

In summary, if you are not inconvenient to the other players and always give them enough chances for a competitive and fair match you will have no problems in continuing to play in the way you are playing and have nothing to worry about.

We recommend you to first contact the player that is doing the wrong thing and share this page indicating the rule(s) the player is breaking. It's not always the admins are available to take action and usually the players will stop to break rules with no need of kick or ban - we do not take action on offensive speech between players, that's is not our problem, but we can take action if a player is disrespectful with the admins of the server, so, always be kind and polite when dealing with the messages.

If you have complaints about a player, record 1 minute or more showing the entire situation in a clip (instructions here) and send the clip as a message to the admins explaining the reason for the complaint to we evaluate the situation - game clips that are not clear on demonstrating the offense may not be considered as valid reason to admins take action - just be aware that we are not here to work for you, so, do not expect immediate assistance.

If you got kicked or banned and want to discuss with the admins about that, make sure you have the last 5 minutes game clip recorded before you got kicked/banned, without watching that we will not discuss with you on trying to explain the reasons for the kick and/or ban then you have just to recognize you did something inconvenient in the server and deserved to be removed from it.

Note:
- if a player is good in some activities and is killing you several times using methods that are accepted by the server rules, this is not a reason for complaint, this is a reason for you to dedicate yourself on improving your skills in the game.
- But... sometimes we can identify players using artificial methods to get more score in the game (for instance the ones called "headshot jumpers" in general with high K/D). Those players are serious candidate for permanent ban from the server.
- So, if you use a smart device to play in the server, be smart yourself and try not to get too much kills then you avoid being banned with no need of explaining to you the reasons and everybody will be happy.

Server Rules (to clarify what an inconvenient player can be):

Rule #1 - ATTENTION! Inappropriate content will not be tolerated: any offensive, racist, sexual promotion, hateful or explicit content in for instance but not only in the spray tag, username, etc.

We are very supportive to the world's diversity, actions taken when kicking or ban a player are never related to their characteristics but only for their behavior. We never kick or ban a player because somebody's nationality, gender, race or any other condition that is universally recognized. So, if you accuse an admin of being intolerant you must prove otherwise we can interpret that you are being abusive in your claim and that is an unacceptable behavior that may be addressed as an inconvenient player behavior.

We do not intervene on private chat between players but depending on the case we may not tolerate too and the offender will be banned from the server.

Rule #2 - Be careful on using the attack helicopter, this is the most controversy vehicle and you may get easily kicked or banned.
Allowed conditions:

  1. Go over the spawn base or C tower with the attack helicopter to kill only the stinger users (missile launcher) if there are any there.
  2. Go to the spawn base to fight a possible camping CAT or SUV if there is a player sitting there and not moving the vehicle.
  3. Kill players on the roof of C tower by dropping the attack helicopter over them (road kill) and immediately jumping from the helicopter not using it for the next 1 minute.
  4. Seek and destroy a vehicle that runs away from you and go hide in the spawn base since you do not go against any other vehicle observing the allowed and forbidden conditions of the rules.
  5. Seek and destroy the transport helicopter of your team when it is empty or being used by the enemy (in this case you can go to the enemy base or on the roof of C - note that this doesn't allow you to kill enemies that are near to the transport heli) - be aware that you may be kicked by doing this, so, be careful and try to communicate with admins before if you intent to do that.

Forbidden conditions:

Important note: In case of doubt, the attack helicopter's occupants will always be the wrong ones.

Rule #3 - Do not disturb your teammates or cause problems to them, for example:

  1. Destroying teammates equipment to prevent them to use (ammo box, zipline, grappling, etc) - note that there are specific conditions that when destroying teammates equipment's is not an offense, for instance when a zipline is placed near to snipers and can cause a player to unintentionally use it when that player needs to reload, then in that case, after the zipline owner already used it and is in a safe place and nobody else will use the zipline, the player that is near to the zipline base is allowed to destroy the zipline to avoid unintentional use of it by pressing X button, another example can be to destroy the zipline if nobody else is using to prevent enemies to see it and know the position of the players, other situations can be also applicable - the point of the rule is to prevent inconvenient players causing problems to the teammates.
  2. Causing their screen to shake when you constantly shoot on them or use other ways for that, or also disturbing their view by standing in front of them or constantly throwing smoke grenades near to them.
  3. Taking the helicopters to outside the regular (non-flying) map for a long time causing the teammates to die as they cannot leave the chopper to return walking to the regular map.
  4. Disturbing other players when they are using a vehicle for specific purposes such as performing the C4 glitch or sharing the vehicle with squad members (i.e.: if you see two players using the motorcycle, the attack helicopter or the CAT at some point one of them may leave the vehicle, you cannot disturb their activity. If they ask you to leave, you have to leave to allow their squad member to return or they to complete the activity) - note that if you are using the secondary seat of a vehicle, you are in a position to allow anybody to take the driver seat and control the vehicle, in that case you have to accept the other player to use it as long as desired.
  5. Intentionally killing teammates that enter in the attack helicopter as co-pilot; the players can only enter on the attack chopper if they are in the same squad than you or during the time the helicopter near to the base or in the ground, so, consider that you must accept that second player most of the times - if your partner leaves the chopper for an activity and wants to come back you can land in a safe place to allow that - killing teammates intentionally is very offensive and will not be tolerated.
  6. Intentionally causing the vehicles to crash and kill the occupants or nearby teammates is very offensive.
  7. Flying with the transport helicopter near to C flag building without allowing the players to jump on the roof. Even if the helicopter is not destroyed by an enemy and everybody get killed, the players that are in some seats of the chopper can do nothing, so, you have to frequently pass over the roof to allow them to jump.
  8. If you don't know how to fly, do not get the driver seat of the helicopter, if that happens, change the seat and wait for a pilot, do not risk to kill your teammates - repeatedly causing the death of teammates by not knowing how to fly will not be tolerated - we encourage you to find an empty server and practice on flying the helicopters since there you can die as much as necessary without affecting your K/D.
  9. Being as the driver seat of any vehicle (including the enemy vehicles you captured) to a place and do not move with the vehicle for a long time preventing your teammates to use the vehicle while you are also not using it at all, driving or piloting to non-sense places without taking the vehicle to combat is considered as not using (i.e.: capture the enemy attack helicopter and take it to your base to prevent the enemy to use it, taking the helicopters to non-combat places when you have a co-pilot to make them to leave the vehicle) - note that this rule can be applicable depending on the circumstances and considering the Rule #2.d
  10. Preventing vehicles to spawn by staying in the vehicles spawn place. For instance but not only: going on top of in the helicopter spawn trucks on criminal's base or in the helipad in the police base.
  11. Any other intentional actions that can cause problems your teammates.

Rule #4 -
Unfair gun from the 4 big towers against players that are in the minor towers or in the ground:
The following guns are the only ones accepted to be used when you are in any of the 4 big towers and shooting players that are not in those 4 big towers. The main point of this rule is that you MUST use a gun that has some considerable interval of fire rate when you are in the towers as sniper, the minimal accepted fire rate interval is from the M82 .416.

Side guns like pistols or sub-machine guns are not allowed, It's also not allowed to use missile launcher (Stinger) from the 4 big towers against the transport helicopter nor use grenade launchers or RPG against the players that are not in the 4 big towers.

Rule #5 -
Do not hide on the wall failures (wall glitch) while in combat. Some parts of the map have failures that provide an invisible wall where a player can see and/or kill the enemies but the opponents cannot see and/or kill them - it is not acceptable to do that as it gives you unfair advantage against the others.
In the big white tower (US Bank), there are few places like that, and in some places that a player can hide but still being reachable, so, keep trying to kill that player before reporting, in the same tower there are other places that players are basically invincible, so, never stay in that place.
You can use some places in the big white tower to place a satellite, but since you spawn in the satellite you cannot behind the invisible wall to be protected, you have to change place immediately.

Check the images bellow to use as example of places you can and cannot stay at the white tower (US bank), be aware that these are examples and do not necessary indicate a precision of where to be or not, the main point of location you cannot stay is if there is any wall glitching or other bug in the game protecting you and giving you some advantage over the other players.

Rule #6 -
Do not camp on satellite spawn to kill players (not a single one): it's accepted if you kill a player that spawn in the satellite when you are in the rush of cleaning up the place but it's not acceptable if you camp there waiting for the player, if you dominate an area with a satellite, destroy the satellite or totally leave the area allowing the enemies to safely come back.

Rule #7 - Do not perform any artificial increase of money or level: i.e.: it's forbidden to do shield boosting, kill agreements or any other methods to increase artificially your XP or money, specially if you use the wall breaching glitches for that

Rule #8 - Do not spawn kill, give condition for players to be prepared for combat.

It is forbidden:

It is allowed:

Rule #9 - Do not keep the enemy transport helicopter if your team controls C flag.
It's not allowed to take the enemy transport helicopter and be flying around preventing the enemy to take it back when your team controls the C flag.
It's allowed you take the enemy transport helicopter and use it as long as C flag is controlled by the enemy team including if your team has 2 transport helicopters, but as soon as your team controls C you must destroy the enemy transport helicopter.
